INTRODUCTION AND PURPOSE OF THIS BLOG .
This blog serves as a resource for students and teachers of secondary education and degree in the areas of Social Sciences, History, Geography and Art. The initial goal of this site is to help my students. I'm Francisco Ayén , professor of secondary education in Alicante. To contact me can do so by posting a comment on any page or you can use this email.
According to  the recipient this blog has three specific objectives:
  • For my students, to offer them a communication channel that is always open and provide access to resources that have been in class and complementary. In addition to turn the Internet into a tool for learning through online activities, the forum, the wiki, or collective blog . On this page I talk more about using the Internet in education. The idea is to expand the moments of learning beyond the classroom following the philosophy of expanded education.
  • For me this site is a tool with which I organize my work. It also allows me to have an online backup and always accessible from the documents I have prepared for class.
  • For other colleagues, my intention is to learn by sharing experiences. Within this philosophy, I offer the materials I've prepared for class, all free download, and invite others to do the same.
 
The contents of this blog are organized like a Web site. On the home page there is a fixed link to the main entrances that are organized into four groups page: by type of resource (where I highlight the section of film and history or history in mp3), activities (divided into sections such as activities online, to ask in class, etc..) academic year, each divided into teaching unit, activities for class, and finally a section on methodological reflections pages each block are interconnected with reciprocal links, but there are resources appear only one party. Combine material I have prepared (summaries, diagrams, presentations and photo art primarily) with other websites and other teachers (always mentioning the source). When I mention that the source is unknown to the author can warn me and I will quote immediately. If the copyright owners are unhappy, they need only notify me and I'll remove. All the resources that I have developed are freely available (if you want to include in your blog / web only ask you to put a link to the page you take it). For they can be downloaded without problems I created this page useful downloads where I explain how to do it. The column on the right you can see the latest additions and the latest comments, to-dos will place them in this page . Weak advertising that appears allows me to pay the cost of the domain.
